Product of heavy east winds

It’s hard to believe that it is October 5 and we have still not seen a major run of King salmon.
I think this is due to many factors, of which currently heavy East winds have set up a cold water blockade in front of the River.
As of yesterday water temperatures on the lake in front of the River were 44° from top to bottom out to at least 70 feet.
I personally think as soon as we get a good 48 hours of steady westerly winds we should see a very good push of salmon in the River.

Time will tell!!
