It was another slow day here on the salmon River, but Ben and Brian were fortunate enough to be able to fight several fish today and they were able to bring a couple to net as well.
On a side note, the heavy eastern winds that have plagued us for the last week or so have finally shifted back to the West, hopefully the results of this will be a major run of Kings next day or 2. Regardless time will tell.

Also we are finally beginning to see some of our salmon digging Reds and spawning, this is a good thing as it should start bringing in our fall run steelhead in good numbers.
Personally I can’t wait until our metalheads arrive.
